Sync Device

The FabStation software is dynamic and processes changes by several users at any given time. An automatic synchronization occurs in the background to keep each hardware device updated.

This is shown when the Update icon is active in the top right corner of the screen.

To manually perform the synchronization, the user may select “Settings” gear found at the bottom left of the screen. From there, select “Sync Device“.

If the device goes to "sleep" the sync will stop.

When re-opening the App, the user should perform a manual synchronization to ensure all data is fully updated.

Also, if you don't want to wait for the update to complete, you can select the "Settings" icon within the "Checking for Content Updates" screen. From there, navigate back to the application. Meanwhile, the update will continue in the background.
